Often this was since the trainees had discovering problems like dyslexia and ADHD. Other times, this was simply since the instructors did not teach all of the particular skills needed to check out.

There is a science-proven, step-by-step way that all children can be successful with reading. However, regrettably, teachers themselves frequently are not taught how to teach kids in this way.

The issue was that I was just able to see them for an hour at a time and just twice a week.

How could I get these students' abilities up while not simply providing a band-aid service?

Traditional tutors often just work on research. Unfortunately, this does not address the root cause of students' difficulties and does not in fact get their skills up.

I went to the research study and what I discovered from my mentors in my early years of teaching.

I discovered that short activities often produce much better results than long labored work.

I found that mentor in an organized and structured way to target each area of reading and spelling worked.

I found that teaching through our senses (hearing, seeing, and doing) improved their reading and spelling abilities faster. It did not matter if they had learning obstacles or if they were just merely wanting to advance faster.

I assemble a program of these findings into short 5-20 minute everyday activities that I might do with my trainees.

It wasn't long before my trainees and moms and dads began seeing tremendous results. Trainees that were behind by 1-2 years frequently got up to grade level in 2-4 months.

Educators started to ask what I was making with these kids. Parents needed to know what the magic sauce was.

I understood I needed to make my program offered to more trainees no matter where they live. I needed to make the program in a manner that parents can do it with their kids on their schedule in your home.
